How does it work?

- 登录我的账户
- Click the Billing navigation tab
- Select Text to Pay
- Click the 注册文本支付 帐户按钮.
- Your Mobile Number 将默认显示. 如果没有，请添加您的手机号码.
- Select or Add Bank Account
Using the SDG&E mobile app?

- Simply tap the More tab.
- Select Billing Programs.
